All high-end daily consumer packaging anti-counterfeiting is inseparable from the laser marking machine. Due to the influence of materials, appearance and other factors, customers will always encounter various problems in the marking application of laser marking machines. Today, the common problems and related solutions of laser marking machines in the packaging industry are summarized as follows:
(1) The marking pattern of the laser marking machine is partially unclear
Cause: The thickness of the molded plate is uneven. The molding pressure is too small. The heating temperature is too low or the machine precision is not high.
Solution: Check whether the thickness of the molded plate is uniform. Whether the molding pressure is too small. Whether the temperature is too low. Whether the machine accuracy has decreased.
Process control points: The thickness error of the die plate should be controlled at 0. O01mm or less. The hardness should be kept at 230-280N/mm. Because the hologram is molded out of interference fringes by applying a certain pressure to the molding roller. If the hardness of the embossed plate is not enough, in the process of embossing. Internal stress can deform or damage the stamped plate.
(2) The logo pattern of the laser marking machine is dull and dull
Cause: Generally related to heating temperature and molding pressure.
Solution: Check whether the heating temperature is too low. Whether the molding pressure has dropped.
Key points of process control: The setting of the molding pressure should comprehensively consider the molding temperature, the type of holographic material, the softening point of the coating layer, and the situation of the molding plate. The pressure is too high. Molded version is easily damaged. Or crush the holographic material; the pressure is too low. The molding image is unclear and incomplete. For the round pressing method. The initial pressure of the pressure rollers on both sides is generally about 0.08MPa. After molding starts. Slowly increase the pressure of the pressure roller uniformly to 0 30 ~ 0.50MPa. The molding speed can be comprehensively adjusted according to the imprint quality and machine performance.
(3) The logo pattern of the laser marking machine is white
Solution: Check whether the molding speed is too slow. Whether the molding temperature is too high.
(4) Labeling film sticker of laser marking machine
Cause: The hot pressing temperature is higher than the degradation temperature, and the viscosity of the coating increases. It will cause the plate to stick and make the film wrap around the holographic embossing roll.
Solution: reduce the hot pressing temperature.
(5) The logo pattern of the laser marking machine is clear in one piece, and one piece is blurred because of the uneven temperature distribution of the hot pressing device or the unevenness of the embossing plate.
Solution: Check whether the temperature distribution of the hot pressing device is uniform. Whether the molded plate is deformed or worn.
(6) There are wrinkles in the horizontal (longitudinal) direction of the marking film of the laser marking machine: The tension of unwinding or winding is improperly controlled.
Solution: Properly adjust the unwinding tension or winding tension. until the wrinkles are eliminated. Application problems and solutions:
(7) The marking of laser marking machine is warped
Cause: The base of the laser holographic logo is aluminum film. The aluminum film has a certain hardness and is relatively stiff; the viscosity of the adhesive is not enough. This phenomenon is easy to appear when the medicine box or wine box is sealed and labelled.
Solution: Appropriately reduce the thickness of the aluminum film, thicken the coating layer or increase the viscosity of the adhesive. Process control points: the thickness of the adhesive should be well controlled. Especially in the summer when the temperature is relatively high, the adhesive will melt and overflow due to the high temperature. cause the printed matter to be smudged.
(8) It is difficult to scratch the scratch layer of the anti-counterfeiting mark of the laser marking machine
Cause: The scratch layer and the laser holographic layer are too tightly bonded
Solution: You can spray the anti-counterfeiting code on the laser holographic logo first. Then a glazing treatment is carried out, and finally a doctor layer is applied.
Process control points: Pay attention to the quality of glazing oil coating. Otherwise, the anti-counterfeiting code will be scraped off when it is scratched. From the interview, we learned that the production technology of laser holographic anti-counterfeiting marks is very mature and popular. Simply relying on laser holographic anti-counterfeiting signs has lost its anti-counterfeiting effect. There are two ways out for laser holographic marking options: one is to increase the technical content. Innovate and develop laser anti-counterfeiting signs with higher technical content: the second is to combine with printing to achieve a three-dimensional combination of printing anti-counterfeiting and laser holographic anti-counterfeiting.
