When you use a laser cleaning machine, you can use the laser cleaning machine to complete the following cleaning tasks:
1. Remove the coating layer on the metal or glass surface, and quickly remove the paint.
2. Rapid rust removal on metal surfaces and various oxides.
3. Remove grease, resin, glue, dust, stains and production residues.
4. The metal surface is roughened, and the metal surface is cleaned in a small space.
5. Before welding or bonding, remove paint, remove rust, remove oil, and treat oxides and residues after welding.
6. Mold cleaning, such as tire molds, electronic molds, food molds, shoe molds
7. Oil stain removal after production and processing of precision parts
8. Quick cleaning of nuclear power components maintenance
9. Oxide treatment, paint removal, rust removal in aerospace weapons, ship production or maintenance process
10. Cultural relic cleaning, rock cleaning, building exterior surface cleaning

What is a laser cleaning machine?
Laser cleaning machine is a green, energy-saving and high-efficiency industrial weapon that uses a high-energy-density laser beam to irradiate the surface of the workpiece to instantly evaporate or peel off the dirt, rust or coating on the surface, thereby achieving cleanliness.
What is laser cleaning technology?
Laser cleaning technology is a process in which the laser cleaning machine effectively removes the surface attachment or surface coating of the cleaning object at a high speed, so as to achieve a clean process. It is a new technology based on the interaction effect of laser and matter. Different from the traditional mechanical cleaning method, chemical cleaning method and ultrasonic cleaning method (wet cleaning process), laser cleaning technology does not require any CFC organic solvent that destroys the ozone layer. A true green cleaning technology.
Classification of laser cleaning
There are currently four main types of laser cleaning methods:
①Laser dry cleaning method, that is, decontamination by direct radiation of pulsed laser;
②Laser + liquid film method, that is, first deposit a layer of liquid film on the surface of the substrate, and then decontaminate with laser radiation;
③The method of laser + inert gas, that is, when the laser is irradiated, the inert gas is blown to the surface of the substrate. When the dirt is peeled off from the surface, it will be blown off the surface by the gas immediately to avoid re-contamination and oxidation of the surface;
④Use the laser to loosen the dirt, and then use the non-corrosive chemical method to clean it.
The most commonly used are the first 3 methods. The fourth method is only found in the cleaning of stone artifacts.
