Scrub: Be very careful when wiping the lens. Before cleaning the lens, it is strictly forbidden to replace the protection circuit and the main parts of the laser. It is strictly forbidden to start the laser power supply and the Q-switched power supply under the condition of no water or abnormal circulation of water, and the Q-switching power supply is not allowed to work without load (that is, the output of the Q-switched power supply is suspended). First, turn off the lens switch and push button switch, then check and pay attention to the suspension of the laser power output (anode) to prevent fire and failure with other electrical appliances; at the same time, keep the internal circulating water clean.
Regularly clean the water tank of the laser marking machine and replace with deionized water or pure water. Before lighting the krypton lamp, do not activate other parts to prevent high pressure from entering the damaged parts; finally, configure a laser chiller to effectively cool the header module and Q head to prevent the marking machine from overheating. In the process of use, the above items should be observed and the laser equipment should be used correctly. Only in this way can the service life of the equipment be extended and the cost reduced.
