Common faults and treatment measures of laser marking machine:

    1. For new equipment that has not been used for a long time, the reasons for the weak laser output power of the laser:

① Whether the laser output power measured at the factory reaches the technical indicators;

② Whether the adjustment accuracy of the resonant cavity meets the requirements;

③ Whether there is light leakage in the total reflection film;

④ Whether the insertion loss of the acousto-optic switch is within the specified range.


2. After the laser marking machine is used for a period of time, the reason why the laser output power of the laser decreases:

① Whether the laser resonator changes: fine-tune the resonator mirror to make the output spot the best;

② Whether there is any contamination of the total reflection and the output diaphragm;

③ The acousto-optic crystal is shifted or the output energy of the acousto-optic power supply is low: adjust the position of the acousto-optic crystal;

④ Whether the temperature difference between the water temperature setting of the cooling water tank and the ambient temperature exceeds 5°C;

⑤ Whether the service life of the krypton lamp has expired;

⑥ The laser entering the galvanometer is off-center: adjust the laser;

② Whether the connection between the electrodes at both ends of the krypton lamp and the laser power connection line is firm;

③ Whether the working state of the laser power supply is normal.


7. Several main problems of the D/A card of the laser marking machine:

① There is no sound and light turn-on signal (+5V) on the 8th pin, so the sound and light power supply cannot be turned on;

② The analog signal output cannot accurately reflect the design content, that is, garbled characters appear;

③ AD7237 does not work properly, and the displayed phenomenon is that the printed lines are dotted lines.


8. Several main problems of the galvanometer scanning head of the laser marking machine:

① Standard squares are printed as trapezoids or diamonds;

② The square border is pincushion-shaped or barrel-shaped.


9. The solution to the printing distortion of the galvanometer scanning head of the laser marking machine:

① The pincushion or barrel distortion is an inherent phenomenon of galvanometer marking, which is determined by the scanning method of the galvanometer. The solution is to perform signal correction on the distortion;

② There are two calibration methods, one is hardware calibration, which is rarely used at present. The other is software calibration, which is the one we use more at present;

③ The method of hardware calibration is to change the voltage value of the analog signal output by the D/A card through a calibration card according to a certain rule, and then transmit the signal to the galvanometer;

④ The method of software correction is that the marking software itself has a correction function. During the marking process, the digital signal is processed according to a certain method, and then the signal is transmitted to the D/A card.


10. Laser marking machine laser prints lines into dotted lines:

① Whether the signal line is connected well and whether there is any virtual welding;

② Whether there is any problem with the connection line between the galvanometer driver board and the motor;

③ Whether the D/A card is in the correct position when it is inserted into the ISA slot;

④ Whether the AD7237 works normally.


11. Problems in the circuit of the laser marking machine:

① Due to long-term operation, the terminals of the krypton lamp are loose, causing the krypton lamp to fail to burn or spark;

② Due to the long-term operation, the air conditioner does not cool down. First, check whether the connecting parts are fastened, and then check whether the upper and lower temperature settings of the temperature controller are reasonable. The upper and lower limits of the temperature controller should be set according to the ambient temperature ±4°C. If there is freon leakage, the connecting parts should be reinforced, and professionals should be asked to add freon.


12. Problems in the optical path of the laser marking machine:

① Due to long-term operation, the krypton lamp is aging, resulting in a decrease in the output power of the laser;

② Due to long-term operation, the dielectric diaphragm is damaged to varying degrees, resulting in light leakage or output power reduction of the all-reflection mirror;

③ Due to human factors, the customer adjusts the position of the resonant cavity or the position of the dielectric diaphragm without knowing the specific situation, resulting in a decrease in the laser output power or an increase in the laser divergence angle, resulting in a large change in the output laser position.


13. Laser marking machine beam expander adjustment problem:

① Adjustment requirements of the beam expander: the incident light should be in the center of the light entrance hole of the beam expander, and the outgoing light should be in the center of the light exit hole;

② The quality of the beam expander adjustment has a great influence on the laser marking effect. Mainly in:

a. Laser power drops;

b. The laser intensity is uneven in the marking width;

c. The computer software design center deviates from the optical center of the galvanometer lens;

d. The beam expansion effect cannot be achieved.


14. The laser output spot of the laser marking machine has flickering phenomenon:

① Whether the adjustment of the resonant cavity is accurate;

② Whether the diaphragm frame is fixed firmly;

③ Is there any problem with the fixation of the concentrating cavity;

④ Whether the fixation of YAG crystal is tight or not.


15. Problems that need to be paid attention to when the PROLASE software of the laser marking machine calls the PLT file:

① When converting a dwg file into a plt file, pay attention to the printer settings;

② The size of the graphics after the call should be re-adjusted;

③ Zoom in and zoom out with a fixed ratio to avoid distortion of the design graphics.
