When we double-checked, we found a problem with the lens. At this point, we need to open the vibrator and send it to the manufacturer or designated maintenance point for maintenance. After repairs, a vibrator should be installed.
Unplug all connecting cables, power cables, signal cables, motor to driver board cables.
Remove the lower field lens and protect the cover. When operating, the laser marking machine, fingers and other items cannot collide with the field lens, especially the lens.
When the laser marking machine is completely powered off, remove the power supply cable connector of the marking head. If some styles do not have this connector, it can be ignored.
Use hardware tools, generally tighten the header with the inner side of the pick-up angle, pay attention to the same situation, prevent the removed shell plate from being connected to the frame drive plate, and prevent it from being pulled.
Remove the driver board, put the packaging, then remove the Y motor and X motor and inject a bag. Pack the panel that drives the UV laser marking machine together with the X and Y motors, complete the disassembly of the vibrating mirror, and send it to the maintenance site. During the laser processing, other radiation and toxic and harmful gases may be generated due to the different processing materials of the fiber laser marking machine.
Direct irradiation of laser light can cause harm to the human body. Therefore, the place where the equipment is used must be equipped with fire protection equipment. It is strictly forbidden to stack flammable and explosive materials around the workbench and equipment. At the same time, it must be ensured that non-professional operators cannot approach the equipment.
Treated items and emissions should comply with local laws and regulations. Regarding the possible risks of laser processing, the user should carefully consider whether the object being processed is suitable for laser processing. There are high voltages or other potential risks inside the laser. It is strictly forbidden for non-professional production personnel to disassemble the UV laser marking machine.
