Common faults and cause analysis of UV laser marking machine:
1. Computer failure
A. There is no display on the computer screen
Cause analysis: Poor connection of the screen signal line or damage to the computer display card; damage to the video cable; damage to the computer graphics card; the monitor is not powered on or the switch is not turned on; the display contrast and brightness settings are improper;
Solution: Plug in the screen signal cable or replace the computer graphics card; reset the brightness and contrast of the monitor; power on the monitor.
B. Screen display error, display graphics, damaged characters
Reason analysis: improper operation;
Solution: Press the computer's reset switch to restart the computer.
C. After the computer starts, there is no wind from the power supply fan
Cause analysis: The computer's regulated power supply is damaged; the fan blades are stuck by foreign objects;
Solution: replace the computer's regulated power supply (standard power supply is not expensive, replacement is more convenient and cheaper than maintenance); remove foreign objects on the fan blades.
D. After the computer or controller of the UV laser marking machine is turned on, the indicator light does not light up
Cause analysis: The power cord plug is not well inserted; the power cord is disconnected; the power cord (or plug) is corroded; the print switch is damaged; there is no electricity in the socket.

2. Printing problems of UV laser marking machine
A. The UV laser marking machine does not move,
Cause analysis: The compression screws on the X and Y axis transmission belts of the marking machine are loose.
Solution: Tighten the compression screws on the X and Y drive belts of the printer.
B. The marking is normal, but the font is not beautiful
Cause analysis: the printing needle is not tightened; the printing needle tip is damaged; the printing needle cannot move due to lack of lubrication or foreign matter clogging;
Solution: Tighten the print needle and replace if necessary; check the track and belt, clean and lubricate if necessary.
C. The marking process stops suddenly
Cause analysis: external interference.
Solution: Press the power switch on the controller panel to restart the controller.
