Two, week maintenance
1. Keep the machine clean and clean the surface and interior of the machine;
2. Check whether the red light preview can be turned on normally and the laser parameters are within the set range. Open the red light correction on the software to turn on the red light;
3. To clean the laser field mirror, first use the special paper to wipe the mirror with alcohol in one direction, and then wipe the mirror with dry paper;
4, check whether the laser light output is normal, open the software open manual marking laser test.
Three, monthly maintenance
1. Check whether the lifting guide rail is loose, there is no abnormal sound, oil seepage, clean with a dust-free cloth and add lubricating oil;
2, clean up the dust of the laser outlet to ensure the normal heat dissipation. Clean the dust, waste nodes and other foreign objects inside the equipment, and remove the dust, dirt and foreign objects with vacuum cleaner, alcohol and dust-free cloth;
3, check whether the laser emitted by the laser has weakened phenomenon, the use of power meter test;
4, check the power plug and each connection line connector is loose phenomenon, check each joint parts; Whether there is poor exposure;
5. Check whether the red light preview path is offset and perform red light correction.
Four, half year maintenance
1. Check whether the laser cooling fan rotates normally, and clean the dust of the laser power supply and control board;
2. Check whether the movement shaft is loose, abnormal sound, smooth operation, clean with a dust-free cloth and add lubricating oil.
